Our Process

Screen Printing is a manual art and requires knowledge and experience to produce a quality product but the process to have your very own personalised apparel is easy​.

Simply drop us an email, and we can begin. If you already have a design, you can email us a copy of your artwork; if not, and you need help with a design, no worries, we have an in-house graphic designer that can help you create the desired design.

Our simplified process

Contact
Drop us an email or give us a call and we can discuss your merch requirements, we will send out a quote for your approval.

Approval
We send out mockups of your garments. Once approved we begin the process of screen preparation and exposing.

Printing
Here is where the fun begins! We prepare your colours, custom mixed if required and start putting ink to garment.

Finishing
The recently printed garment goes down the dryer for final cure, ensuring a long lasting print.

Collection
We fold and pack your freshly printed gear, awaiting your collection or we can deliver them to you for a small fee.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, we do have a minimums. See below:
  • Screen printing – 10 units
  • Embroidery – 10 units Per Design
Within these numbers you can mix and match sizes and colours as long as the print and print colour are the same.

We generally do not recommend supplying your own garments, due to quality control. We know and understand the quality of the garments we supply and guarantee a quality finished product. In saying that we are always willing to have a look at your garments and make a decision.

Turn around time is generally 10 working days, from the artwork approval. This can change due to several factors. Deliveries of product etc.

Generally we do not provide a sample, we provide a digital mockup for you to view what your finished product will look like. If you would like a sample contact us and we can discuss it further.

The only setup costs involved are screen setup costs.

If you require a design, illustration or logo created for your merch, Screen Printing Australia charges $100 + GST per hour.
